Rising AntiVirus...Pomoc?

Installirao sam Rising AntiVirus...sve namestio i uradio kako je trebalo...
ali imam neki problem oko Update-a...neznam zashto ali pri kliku na UPDATE izadje upozorenje:

Network connection failed.Please chek the network configuration and try again.(12007)

dok ja nemam bash nikakvih problema sa konekcijom i net.om
dali neko moze da mi pomogne?
dali znate u chemu je problem?

Na zalost ovo mi se deshavalo vec...
2 puta sam reinstallirao Rising i opet isto...neshto neide update neznam zashto :S

a boki ovi linkovi koje si mi dao...pishe mi ADRESS NOT FOUND...neznam u chemu je problem...ali i ja kad sam trazio licence za rising svaki sajt sa vrstom pomoci za Rising mi je bio (ADRESS NOT FOUND)...

Solution
A: The update problem may be caused by network errors or maintenance of the Rising update servers. Please try again later.
Solution:
1) Check your network connectivity.
2) Open the main program of Rising Antivirus, select Settings -> Network Settings and choose your Internet access method. For broadband and LAN users, choose option 1 or 2. For proxy users, configure the proxy server options appropriately.
3) Close all firewall programs on your computer and check again if the update is possible.
4) Close the Rising memory monitors and tries to update again
5) The update problem may be caused by network errors or maintenance of the Rising update servers. Please try again later.
6) After all above actions have been attempted, click Start -> Run and enter cmd:
Under the prompt, type in ping download.rising.com.cn
Under the prompt, type in ping update.rising.com.cn
As a response to the ping command, you will see the IP address of the Rising update server. Please include this in your mail to Rising customer service.
Please go to http://support.rising-global.com to report the pinged address.
Please describe the problem in detail and provide a way to contact you.

Hvala boki...
Ali izgleda mi nije uspelo,uradio sam sve...

na sve 3 vrste konekcije isti problem...
ma da sam pogasio i Firewall-ove i sve shto je pisalo ovde gore...

samo instaliraj novi nod sa trial keyem od 4 godine i nista ti vise nece trebati.....

I meni se to desilo!net mi radi swe ok,a nemogu na spoljni net. Kontaktirao sam Curug admina i on mi je dao upudstwa. Nesto je menjao na netu poboljsawao ga pa je izmenuo neke podatke!i sredio sam net!probaj i ti pitaj swog admina,mozda ti pomogne!
